AnFi — the first chapter of MesRowClb.
12 tracks marking the transition from four decades of rhythmic heritage into the world of electronic dance music. Released in April 2023, AnFi documents the moment M. Hartmann — internationally known as DJ Mesia since the late 80s Hip Hop and Breakbeat era — stepped into electronic production.
The album's title is a play on "anfangen" (German: to begin). It is exactly that: a beginning. The bridge between everything that came before and everything still to come.
